If you like being surrounded by trees and countryside
without another house in sight yet within easy walking distance of all local
amenities this is the perfect place for you.
Alonissos is not only perfect for Artists it's a haven for
ramblers; there are many miles of marked trails all over the island and we are
only too happy to offer advice on the varying walks.
A totally self contained ground floor studio apartment (for 1 - 2 people) below
Carob Tree House is available to rent between May and September.
Situated a 15 minute walk away from Patitiri in an olive grove surrounded by
pine trees, it has fantastic views of the Aegean.
The location is tranquil and private with only the buzzards, eagles and falcons
to disturb your peace & quiet.
The drive is steep but the view is worth it!!
Several small beaches can be reached on foot within 10 minutes.....
Megalos Mourtias beach with it's 2 tavernas is only a beautiful
40 minute walk along the coast through pine forests. This walk offers spectacular
sea views across to neighbouring island Skopelos.
If you are feeling energetic you might like to try the circular
route back, taking in the views of the Old Village of Hora or if you are too
chilled out to walk ask the taverna owner to call you a taxi!
Dining out is still reasonable on Alonissos, we can advise on restaurants and
tavernas not only in the harbour town of Patitiri but also the old town of Hora
and outlying beaches and fishing villages.
Exclusive use of split level terrace
Air conditioned, equipped with a fridge, small oven/grill with
2 hobs. the studio has a fully appointed shower room with large shower. Available
as a double or with two single beds.
A major feature of this studio is the amount of exclusive outdoor space available
to enable you to enjoy outdoor living at its best.
Because of its proximity to the sleepy harbour of Patitiri, the main
shopping centre with its numerous restaurants and tavernas it is possible to
do without transport, although a hire car does provide the freedom to explore
further afield. Alternatively, the local bus offers a limited service from Patitiri
to the Old Village and Steni Vala during the summer season also taxis are good
value and reliable.

July & August is £365 per week
This includes a midweek linen change and a welcome pack containing a few essentials
such as water, bread and milk
We collect all clients on arrival and return you to the Port on departure
